• Information you provide. When you take the Quiz, we collect your answers about your home search preferences and, when you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and phone number.

• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you found our site. We use this information only for technical quality control and to improve the performance and reliability of the Quiz.

• Usage information. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with the Quiz so we can improve it for better reliability and accuracy.

3. How We Use Your Information We use your information to:

• generate and deliver your personalized neighborhood recommendations;

• respond to your inquiry and follow up with you about your home search; and

• operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.

• Legitimate interest: to follow up with you about your home-search inquiry and to improve our services. You may object at any time (see Section 8).

Email, Phone & Text Communications When you submit the Quiz, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone call, or text message about your home search, your recommendations, and related real estate services. Message and data rates may apply for texts. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by emailing adam@adaminaustin.com. We do not share your text-message consent or opt-in data with third parties.

6. How We Share Your Information We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate our business, under confidentiality obligations, and only for these purposes: website hosting and database services; analytics; and email and customer relationship management (CRM). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Data Retention We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy. We may retain aggregated or de-identified data longer for analytics, because it no longer identifies you.

Because our service is US-based, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States; we take appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children Our website and Quiz are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
